Historically Envirodrill's team has provided exploration drilling services for the metaliferous mining industry.
Envirodrill is equipped with JKS Boyles, Hagby and Onram machines to handle conventional and wireline coring to depths in the range 80 to 400 metres and coring systems are provided to suit the clients requirements and drilling conditions. Currently the range of wire coring equipment being used on projects include: HQ, NQ and BTW (core size range 63mm to 42mm) whilst conventional systems include, T6 116, TNW, LTK 48 and TT46, core size range 93mm to 35mm.
RC Drilling rigs capable of drilling using 4½ RC equipment to depths of 170m are provided to suit the clients prevailing drilling and site conditions and are configured according to the projects.
Envirodrill has been invited by long standing clients to follow them into new territories because of our proven ability to deliver a completed project to the required standards of quality and performance and our long experience allow us to quickly assess the clients requirements and propose an appropriate commercial and technical approach.

Developments
Envirodrill is currently investing in new plant and equipment to take advantage of high current demand for exploration and is developing its own track mounted core drill for wireline and conventional core drilling, this machine will also be capable of large diameter coring for bulk sampling of diamond deposits.
Envirodrill is also in the process of purchasing an Atlas Copco CS1000 core drilling machine, this will be used on projects where deeper drilling sections are required and will be capable of drilling to 700m in NQ wireline. The machine is of a modular design and can be broken down for heli portable moving should this be required.
