Gold Exploration in Sierra Leone
Following on from several years work in Sierra Leone, Envirodrill has recently commenced operations at The Pampana license of the Golden Star Resources/Mano River JV . Currently operations are ongoing, and the Client is considering the mobilization of a second, Lightweight drill to extend operations in the more remote section of the property. Envirodrill is also operating one of its D6 bull dozers in support of the drill programme.
Envirodrill has also mobilised a lightweight Hydracore 28 to Axmin Inc’s Nimini project in the Kono Region. Boreholes are located on the Nimini Hills in difficult terrain. Drilling originally commenced in 2005. One of the main features of this project is the difficulty and steepness of the terrain, and the head and the distance from the water source of some of the boreholes.
Axmin have requested a second drill for the project, and Envirodrill has purchased an Explorer MD 3 modular drill for the clients property.
